Calculate true offset, travel, advance and roll angle, then enter actual fitting takeouts for a straight cut length.
Lengths accept decimals, fractions such as 1 1/2, and explicit units such as 12 in or 5' 6 1/2". Use a dot for decimals.

1° to 90°; both end axes remain parallel.
Fitting takeouts for a straight cut, optional
Use your actual fitting drawing. Enter both centerline-intersection-to-pipe-face takeouts to calculate a cut length. End gaps are subtracted along the connecting straight pipe.

Straight cut length
Enter both takeouts
The roll angle uses signed offsets and atan2, measured counterclockwise from the positive horizontal direction. Sketches are schematic. Actual elbow radius is not modeled.
A rolling offset combines two directions
Horizontal and vertical offsets form a right triangle. A 3 in horizontal offset with 4 in vertical gives a 5 in true offset. At 45° elbow deflection, travel is 5 ÷ sin 45°, or about 7.071068 in.
Travel is measured between ideal elbow centerline intersections. Subtract the two actual fitting takeouts and end gaps to find the connecting straight piece. The calculator leaves that cut result unfinished until both takeouts are supplied.
