Ordering concrete from a measured volume
A slab's volume is length × width × thickness. A round pier uses π × diameter² × height ÷ 4. Each pour is converted into metres before its volume is added to the job.
The order allowance is applied before rounding to whole bags. The example yield is a sample value. Replace it with the mixed yield printed on your product label. A bag's weight alone does not tell you how much concrete it makes.
This takeoff estimates material only. Site irregularities, reinforcement, strength and structural requirements need their own assessment.
